I am running into a problem when I specify the proper mime type for an XHTML document with PHP:
header("Content-type: application/xhtml+xml\n");
When I speficy the proper mime-type as shown above, I get the following javascript error:
Error: FCK.LinkedField has no properties
Source File: http://www.mysite.com/FCKeditor/editor/ ... gecko_1.js
Line: 14
I searched around and found similar error messages from other people, but the fixes did not solve my problem. However, after going through and testing code in my page, I found that by removing the mime-type header for my document, the textarea showed up properly with the wysiwyg controls. Once I enabled the header mime-type, the textarea field shows up fine, but no wysiwyg controls.
The page works fine in IE, as it does not support xhtml+xml as a mime-type. So, any ideas on how to make it work in Firefox w/ the proper mime-type set?
BTW, I am using the code at http://www.thedoh.com/~lisa/site/info/site/mimetype to set my mime-type.
