Filesystem encoding x FCKeditor encoding

Hello,

Resources browser saves directory names in UTF-8 encoding but FTP client (and all our application) uses CP1250 encoding.

This difference causes problems with diacritic in directory names.

Is there some way how to set FCKeditor encoding and unify it with the other parts of system?
