Hi,
First of all I want to say that we are happy users of FCKeditor since long time ago, congratulations is a great product.
Since my last update we are experiencing a problem, that I will try to describre below.
Context -> Image -> Browse Server.
Filemanager connector, produces a XML file containing the file & folders to browse
The URL to obtain this XML is fckeditor/filemanager/browser/default/connectors/php/connector.php?Command=GetFoldersAndFiles&Type=Image&CurrentFolder=%2F
If the folder has a file (or a folder) with a name containing the spanish letter ñ, the produced XML file can not be processed by Internet Explorer IE (my version is 7). IE simply says that XML file has an error in line 1 char 2111 (in this case).
Firefox (mac and pc) has no problem with it.
the file name with the problem was
niños.jpg
A "tipical" file name in spanish in the world of NPO (non-profit) as it means Children.
I will apreciate is somebody with more knowdlege than me check how to use ñ char in XML file inside IE, and the sugest the appropiate filter to the developers.
I did some test with accents, and I had no problem for the moment.
