Filemanager problem - subfolders and images

Hi,
I can create subfolder and upload images to subfolders.
The problem is when I try to insert an image from the subfolder into the editor - It doesn' show up. When I go view source the path is correct and point to the image in the subfolder. If I save and view the content I can't see the image and when I "view source" the path is gone!!!! Anyone have any suggestions??
