File upload folder(s)

Hello,

My problem is als follows:

I am using the php upload module but for some reason all my uploads go to the folder userfiles. Every image, pdf etc goes there instead of in the image, file etc folder. This means that I can not browse the server for my assets.

Did I mis a setting?
