File Browser / Upload

Can someone tell me step by step instruction on how to get the file browser and uploader working on coldfusion.

Thatks for your help I got the upload and file browser working. The only problem is that I cannot delete the file after I upload it. I changed the permissions to 777 in the upload cmf page. But that did not seem to work. I then created a folder within my ftp site and set the permissions to 777. This was the only to delete the file after it was uploaded. After trial and error i have made quite of few folders which i cannot delete. Do you know of anyway to delete them?
