FckEditor Won't load in Vista > IE7 for ONE machine only

Hi,

I am absolutely baffled because I have tried every avenue that seems logical to me. FCKEditor works on this webpage for thousands of people but I have one user who it just won't load for. I have reset her IE7 completely and of course double checked that Javascript was enabled in her security settings.

Is there anything else in IE or Vista that could be preventing it from loading? IT just looks like an image that never loaded... I have no idea what else to try since all of the settings seem to be correct.

I have done extensive research and googled everything I could think of to try and find a resolution. I really appreciate the time anyone spends trying to help me solve this odd, peculiar, and frustrating problem.
