Since FCKeditor is an older app it has trouble running on newer environments (it doesn't support HTML5, for instance). Hard to assist you since we know nothing about your setup (what version of FCKeditor, which browsers, etc.). Support has been dropped for FCKeditor so please switch to CKEditor 4!
