FCKeditor replaces <br/> for spaces

Hi everyone,

When I load a text in FCKeditor, I can edit teksts as it should, including adding white lines by pressing enter. But when I want to upload, the <br/> (or <p>) tags are replaced by normal spaces. How can I fix this?
