FCKeditor for data table creation, input forms, web lay out

Just wounding
If any one has built a tool or addon like microsoft access
Over even more like OpenOffice.org Bace
And using the FCKeditor for data table creation, input forms creation, and finally integration in to Website lay, out using php and mysql
Just wondering as I am going to try and embark on this mission
But if some ones done it can you tell me where it is thanks
