FCKeditor on a custom drupal theme

Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum and having a problem with FCKeditor. Thing is that it works great when running on the default themes but when I try to run it, it fails... but not completly.

I've the print $closure part and when I have the "switch" link on (so I can switch between normal textbox and fckeditor) it comes up with display none. If I take it away with firebug the link will show, then I click on it and the editor will appear for a second to then become a normal textbox. I then click again and the editor comes and it works. So the error is at the loadup but I cant find what's causing this :-/

Anyone that could help me out here?

Oh, I've tried to disable all modules aswell and I get the same error. I also get a weird message below the textbox "The ID for exclude or include this element is: edit-body - the path is: node/add/blog"
