Hi All,
I am tried googling and search the forum for few hours but to no avail. I am really surprise this is not a common problem.
When I copy a large table with a lot of HTML TAGS (File size around 996KB) (Generated by Excel/OpenOffice or any HTML Editor) to FCKeditor, I get this error from IE.
"A script on this page is causing Internet Explorer to run slowly. If it continues to run, your computer may become unresponsive. Do you want to abort the script." Or similar msg from Firefox.
Everytime I click "continue" or "ok" the content is still not Posted to the DB eventhough I am using MEDIUMTEXT (16MB)
The only solution I found was to change the local timeout setting of IE (Registry) or Firefox (about:config). This definitely not a good solution.
1) What is the solution to this?
2) Why is this not a common problem?
3) Is there any file size limit in FCKeditor?
Thanks
