Hi,
I've been using the Ext.js javascript library (http://extjs.com/) for a few months now and would like to begin using FCKeditor as well. However, I've not been able to get the two to work together. I find that Firefox will spin forever with no errors or timeouts. Not sure if I'm doing something wrong or these two libraries are incompatable.
I was wondering if anyone else has attempted to use these two libraries with any success.
Thanks,
Rob

RE: FCKeditor and ext.js javascript library
Hi,
Sorry for the stupid post. I've resolved this error.
I was looking at the FCKeditor docs on
http://wiki.fckeditor.net/Developer%27s ... Javascript
and was using
oFCKeditor.Create();
instead of
oFCKeditor.ReplaceTextarea();
The docs were a bit misleading. *sigh*
Anyway, I have not found any problems mixing Ext.js and FCKeditor.
If anyone has not tried out Ext.js (http://Extjs.com) I would HIGHLY
recommend it. It's very powerful and easy to use.
Regards,
Rob
