I tried and i tried and i tried. Took a look through the fckeditor.php, fckconfig.js.
And the result ? Nothing !
Everytime a User writes something into the FCKeditor and submits it.
The Editor adds this Tag to the end of the submitted value.
The only thing i changed at the configuration is the Enter mode.
That when you press enter it makes a

those attributes should be automatically removed when generating the html string.

Thats the way i get the Content:
The Value of it gets stripped once at calling and once at receiving.
but still the editor gives me that tag.
actually i managed it with a simple preg_replace but it can't be that i need to go this way.
