FCKTEMPLATES.XML not refreshing!

Hi

I've setup some templates and locally they work fine. I uploaded them to my test server but when viewing the test site hereI still see the original standard 3.

I've quadruple checked and the XML file has definitely been updated.

If I access the site from the server itself, I get the new templates so I assumed it was a caching problem (it still may be) but I then tried the test site on a different PC that had NEVER gone to the site before and isn't on any central caching system... and I got the OLD templates!

I've done a full disk scan looking for the phrase "Strange Template" which is one of the template names - it doesn't exist anywhere on the test server - so how come that's what I see on 2 PCs?

I am TOTALLY confused by this... I've rebooted the server, cleared every temp/cache file I can find and now have no idea what to do!

Enviroment = Windows 2003 server, Cold Fusion MX 7 implementation. Latest ver of FCKEditor. IE Browsers. IIS web server.
