FCKEditor: use <b> instead of <strong>

Hi,
I need to find a way that the html result for a bold text is "<b>...</b>", not "<strong>....</strong>", where can I change this configuration?
I know why this change have been made earlier, but the problem is that my customer wants to save characters in his long texts due to database field length restrictions...
