FCKEditor Ticket Tracking account issue - cannot submit tick

Ok, there doesn't seem to be anywhere to submit issues with the ticket tracking system (dev.fckeditor.net). I'm having an account problem (account neym).

I am getting this error on every page when logged in:
Warning: <acct_mgr.web_ui.MessageWrapper object at 0xb768bf0c>

I am unable to post comments to tickets and unable to generate new tickets.

Any ideas? I haven't posted a ticket in about 1.5 years. Did my account get mangled in an upgrade? I checked the Trac troubleshooting FAQ and couldn't find any info on this issue, though I didn't go digging.
