Hi.
Has anyone tried to integrate PEAR::Quick_Form with FCKEditor?
The call of
$form->registerElementType('fckeditor', '../../FCKeditor/fckeditor.php', 'fckeditor');
is successful (isTypeRegistered is true), but
$form->createElement('fckeditor');
fails.
Please help, if you have any ideas.

RE: FCKEditor + PEAR::Quick_Form
I would like to integrate PEAR::QuickForm with FCKeditor. So far I'm using Quickform+Smarty but now I need a wysisyg editor in some forms.
If you find a way...
Thanks in advance

RE: FCKEditor + PEAR::Quick_Form
I will post my HTML_Quickform_fckeditor class (extending HTML_Quickform_element) later this weekend.
Within this class the fckeditor.php (from the package) must be used, not directly in the registerElementType() function. You will see what I made.
It works OK, a perfect FCKEditor instance is created with this custom Quickform element. Even combined with Smarty.
BUT ....... When you type/edit some text, the changes aren't passed through to $_POST .... nothing has changed. The other --normal-- fields in the form are.
Strangely, the generated code for the editor is no different from the samples.
Can anyone help? I'll post this as a fresh topic too.
