FCKEditor in CPanel

I'm creating some custom pages for CPanel (http://www.cpanel.net) which have FCKeditor instance

I uploaded the demo to my real website first to try it out and it worked in both IE and Firefox. However, when I try uploading the same thing to the cpanel htdocs folder (/usr/local/cpanel/base/), and then access it via the 2082 port, it shows up ok in IE, but in Firefox, it shows up without the button bar, and I get a JavaScript error -

Firstly, where can I get a version of this file that hasn't been compacted (I can't find it under the _source folder).

And secondly, does anyone have any idea what I can do to fix it?
