FCKEditor Below Textarea

I am trying to place the FCKEditor at the bottom of a div. I have modified fckeditor.html and moved the editor below the textarea. The div has a textarea inside it that FCK replaces. Here is the problem, the menus that have drop downs, ie. The style menu or color picker, they drop down to the bottom and get cut off by the div the FCKEditor is inside. I noticed that when FCK is full screen the menus move to display inside the window so they don't get cut off.

I have tried setting the html & body in CSS to 100% height, width, & max-height thinking that it might help, but to no avail. Is there any way to set the menu popup direction? or any way to trick FCK into thinking the bottom edge of my div is the bottom edge of the window? I would really like to keep the editor at the bottom and I would hate to loose functionality because I cannot figure out how to accommodate the menus.
