Hi, this drives me crazy:
I can upload files, I see them in the resources browser but they are uploaded with 411 permission 
even if in the PHP config file I have $Config['ChmodOnUpload'] = 0777.
Result: I cannot embed pictures in the text or link to files.
How can I fix this? Any help will be greatly appreciated
