FCK-Plone : File upload forbidden

Hello
Somebody can explain me why, when I want to upload a file in FCKeditor for a link, on my PC, I receive this ugly "File upload forbidden - Insufficent privileges..." with any login.
With my login, on other PC, I can do it ????
