FCK Editor shows image of the website instead of the WYSIWYG

I'm using a software program by Comdev that uses a FCK editor for their WYSIWYG editor and for some reason, instead of showing the WYSIWYG editor window it lost the panel and now just shows a screenshot of the website. Not sure why it's doing this. Any ideas?
