FCK 14 & 16 and UTF-8 instead of default ISO

Hi. I have a problem with FCK 1.4 and up. It ignores the default ISO settings, and turns the encoding to UTF-8. I can easily see this in a ASP page, with META encoding set correctly: If i check the Internet explorer encoding (right mouse click, encoding) i see Greek Windows. If i click at the FCK window i see Encoding UTf-8.

I have changed all UTF-8 in FCK with the proper, with no luck.

Any ideas ?
