Extend form elements with custom code

Hi,

i would like to know if it's possible to customize elements buttons (textfield, textarea, radio, checkbox,...) like this :
. add a new button "save" in the properties dialog
. have a custom code action Save button : take all entered data in the properties and send with ajax

Any Idea how to do it?
