ExecuteComan(Bold) changes text to Bold,what command for set

Here's a little more details.

I have editor on the page without Toolbar loaded and using custom buttons to make changes to the text.
Everything works great with commands Bolk, Utalic, Underline etc, but when it comes to set Font Family, Size or Color commands are not working.

Please, let me know if this is possible to do and if it's what would be the approach?
