I followed all the instructions for installing the .net version 2.0

I create a new page and included the register assembly line and the FCKeditor control, I get this error when I run the page. I even referenced the dll properly to my application (locally) through visual studio "add reference" . All other 2.0 pages are running normally. I have no clue why the page with the control is giving me http error
Server Error in '/editor' Application.
HTTP Error 404 - Not Found.
Version Information: ASP.NET Development Server 8.0.0.0
