Enter (return) key doesnt work

when i want to start a new line

like this on my drupal 7 site it wont save the page as it when editted or previewed can some one help or point me in the right direction please

What CKEditor version? What

What CKEditor version? What browser version? Do you have additional plugins or configurations? What themes are causing you this problem? Some Drupal themes cause CSS chaos.

the drupal theme is Company

the drupal theme is Company Theme 7.x-1.0, browser version is chrome or IE i dont have any additional pluginsand the version of editor is Version 4.2.2
