Enclosing the content in a container DIV

thanks - this was the one I was overlooking.

However, I don't know if it's to workaround the same issue I was having while doing my adding/removing DIV hack, but if BodyId is used, the empty page contains a " " that stays there in the beginning of the first row if not manually removed.
