Enabling/Using Definition Lists <dl> <dt> <dd>

I've seen only a couple posts about CkEditor support for definition lists (<dl>, <dt>, <dd>)

This poster got no reply:

And this post indicated that the developers were working on adding this feature for version 3.

Are definition lists supported in version 3.x ? If so, can anyone provide pointers to a tutorial or documentation on how to enable this feature?
