The editor will automatically add these block tags to ensure valid html which is good, however we have a client who is switching to source view and removing these tags, only to find them re-added when they switch back to wysiwyg view. Is there any way to stop these tags being added when switching views?
Thanks

Re: Editor readding automatic p tags
You can change EnterMode to prevent FCKeditor from emitting <p>'s in the first place:
http://docs.fckeditor.net/FCKeditor_2.x ... /EnterMode
You can also use XSL to remove <p> tags when HTML is submitted.

Re: Editor readding automatic p tags
You can probably change EnterMode just for this client, although this will affect the entire editor. Alternatively, you can turn off the editor for this client, so they can edit HTML elsewhere (FrontPage, etc) and just paste uninterpreted HTML.
