Editor converts JavaScript to text

Hi,

I've added JavaScript to the SRC code in the FCK editor but when i go back to view the WYSIWYG editor from src, it processes the JavaScript into text or duplicates the JavaScript.

I am using version 2.

ANy ideas pls?
