For me, it's the entire app box when the page loads. It takes to the count of 3 before the entire app appears. (It's a white box, then everything pops in at once)
Well the toolbar is built dynamically with document.write statements so the browser won't cache this as far as I know. The only way to fix that is to do a server side implementation of the toolbar objects.
I've thought about doing an ASP.NET Version and making C# classes to build the toolbars instead of using the javascript classes.
Are you guys using ASP.NET? If so this might be the modivation for me to do it.
