Editing text on existing website

Hi, I have a website in which there are text boxes. Around the boxes all are images, flash banners. Now I want my customer to edit these text areas remotely. How can I make him edit the text? The web pages are with .php extension. I installed FCK editor in a path /mydomainfolder/fckeditor. I have been trying to find the solution for my problem for a few months trying various cms content editing softwares. I would be very thankful to you if somebody show me the way.
