"EXPECTED END OF STATEMENT" (on linux server)

hi all, i have just copied over the /fckeditor folder over onto a linux server. and when i tried to instatiate it, i get ths error
"EXPECTED END OF STATEMENT"
Public Property Let BasePath ( basePathValue )

any ideas why?
