Dynamically set CSS file location using CF Session Variable

I'm using Coldfusion and would like to dynamically set the name of the css file. I see the variable FCKConfig.EditorAreaCSS in the fckconfig.js file but don't know how to pass a Coldfusion session variable to it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
