Dont have upload dialog ??

Hello. Im new to CKEditor and i think is the best editor ever!

I downloaded the new CKEditor version and when i want to upload a picture i dont have a dialog box even not a link

I have "Image info" "Link" "Advanced" .. i dont know where is "Upload" link ??

I have this same problem - does anyone have a clue?

I know you can hide the other tabs, and I've tried manually ripping out the upload code from the script, but it is fubar if I try.
