Does not show Java

Hello friends,

I'm sorry to bother you with my endless "no idea what FCK editor even is". I have quite no idea about progamming with this editor, but a little bit of php and html. But I haven't heard about FCK until yesterday...
The Problem I have is the following and it is not possible to contact the creator of the page i'm using:

For completing the data of my customers I open an new window in which it shows 4 smaller windows in which i can choose serveral things. And then there should be a window below which contains the most important text (editable with java). In IE7 it does show an empty window which I cannot change.In the newest Firefox I don'teven see this window and in avant it's like in IE... (all the buttons to edit the text don't show)
Java is istalled, running and working in every new and other page... And it is running on every other PC I use...but I just have this one.
SO can anybody tell me which setttings I have to change in order to have the program run?
The last one I talked to told me it has to be a setting of FCK... anybody any idea?
