Hello, and thank you for reading this! I guarantee you is not spam!
Well, I have a problem with the fckeditor that is cracking my head... The problem is not on the editor really, is about the letters in other fields and the sql-server database... no matter which charset I use it seems to convert the characters from a regular á to weird symbols... and even worse... if after submit I see valid characters on my webpage when it post the information into a database (sql-server) it display something like "Holáássssss".
I know the problem is the editor because I have removed that and It work fine... do you have any idea how to resolve this incompatibility?? should I change the collation for my table/fields??
Thank you for your help!

Re: Do you know why this happen?? Please help!!
Not sure here, but I'll throw up some thoughts:
- Use the right charset on your HTML page, see http://htmlhelp.com/tools/validator/charset.html
- Post the fckeditor's value with the same charset as you use in the database. See http://htmlhelp.com/reference/html40/forms/form.html
but never had this problem or heard of it before, fckeditor normally works fine...
As I come to think of it, you didn't change ProcessHTMLEntities did you?
