Display Central European fonts

I have still problems with Central European fonts. If I set the $FCKeditor->Value to 'ş' (set your browser to windows-1250 to see correct this font), FCKEditor will not display it normal. I I type or if I paste this character into the editor than it's OK.

Any ideeas?
