Disable strip HTML, HEAD tags

I'm using FCKeditor v2.6 RC and implementate it in my website.
A couple of months ago i saw a FCKeditor that allows html,head en meta tags.
In there source ProtectedTags: FCKConfig.ProtectedTags = '' ;
How can I disable stripping these tags?
