Different toolbars in fullscreen mode

Hello i would like to have only one my custom toolbar in basic editing mode with source and few other tools - this seams not to be problem, but i would like to have all toolbars after user click on fullscreen mode button ( http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3401/359 ... d1af_o.jpg ). Is it possible? And if so - how can i do it?

Also is there plugin to make edit area resizable in all browsers like in google chrome? I think tinyMCE have it, but i don't want to use tinyMCE anymore ...
