Different looks with IE and Mozilla?

can you tell why the editor looks so different with Mozilla an IE6? With IE there are only limited graphical buttons, with Mozilla many more.

and fckconfig.js wont change a thing.. it is useless file..

And how is it possible to add a hypelink with IE, when "insert web link" opens only a small pop-up, where there is no buttons or browse of anykind...??

small clearance:
fckconfig.js impacts only to Mozillas editor. I want to see the same editor in IE too.

that wont help. These two views use different type of images for link-button, for example.

fckeditor that i use is included in jetbox cms. I installed fck again into cms but it didn't help.
