DL problem

Heya! :)

I'm new to this forum and totally noobish to coding beyond bbcode. I just DL'd and tried to install ckeditor 4.2.1 but keep getting this:

1) Script Error..Line 5

2) Char 13

3) 'window' is undefined

4) Code 800A1391

5) MicrosoftIScript runtime error
