There is a closed ticket about this problem, (http://dev.ckeditor.com/ticket/9754)
but i still experience it with the latest 4.3 Version (Chrome Version 28.0.1500.71 Ubuntu 12.04)
On the official demo it's OK, but in my drupal7 installation the problem is there.
Could it be the Browser-Mode?
The Demo Site starts with
