I noticed a lot of people are wondering how to use custom/dynamic UserFiles paths for the file browser. There seem to be a few PHP solutions out there but many people seem to be looking for an ASP version. And if you don't know PHP (like me) it is difficult to follow the PHP fixes.
After a few days of playing around I found a part solution posted by remi_thomas. I tidied it up added a few more lines of code and it works great.
