Got the solution to "Customisations of fckconfig.js wont show on website !"
Apparently it IS the browser cache. I should have tried that earlier =( - so if you customize any of the files of this editor I suggest you delete your cache.
However this is implies that EVERY visitor of your site that uses that editor has to emtpy his browsercache if you chang settings (like toolbarsets) - now thats a big problem.
RE: Custom toolbar with ASP
FCKConfig.ToolbarSets["Default"] = [
.....
];
You can remove any of the items in quotes (don't leave double commas though) and they won't show up. The '-' is a vertical bar.
Be sure to copy the "Default" toolbar section first and rename it to "Original" before you edit. You don't want to lose the stuff you deleted.
We took out the whole "['Form',...,'HiddenField']," section cause we're not using those options.

RE: Custom toolbar with ASP
You have to open the js file to remove the buttons you don't want to use like I explained above. I'm using FCKEditor with ASP.
