Custom Show Shource Button

Im building a pretty CMS for a client and I have already created 3 tabs with VIEW, EDIT, and SOURCE..

I would like to

1) Have a separate textarea for viewing/editing source

OR

2) Create a HTML separate button that mimics the "SOURCE" button on the editor

Are either of these possible?
