Cross Domain Question

I am trying to set up FCKeditor on one subdomain and load the files to the folder of another subdomain on the same server. It doesn't seem to be working - I see a 'connecting...' message under the folder but never get a connection. Anyone know where I may be failing?

Anyone? I want to upload the images using FCKeditor installed on one subdmain to another subdomain on the same server. It seemed straight forward to me but apparently not.

I have the editor installed on
/xxx/subdomains/SUBDOMAIN1/httpdocs/fckeditor/

and want to access and upload files at
/xxx/subdomains/SUBDOMAIN2/httpdocs/img/general/
