Create a fake image for <script> inserted by users in source

Hi, I'd like the editor to display a fake image for user-input javascript (inserted by changing to source, and changing back to rich-text editing).

I'm not really sure where to begin. I've looked at how it's done with both flash and object/embeds but I have been unsuccessful translating that into my own code.
